Service Provision

This store uses 128 bit SSL encryption. NO credit card information collected from our customers during real time credit card transactions is stored in the store database to ensure data security. All customer data is stored behind commercial grade firewall and security installations as supplied by Quadra Hosting. Only authorised employees of Equalibrium Bar have access to Online Store data and records for customers service and order processing.

Order Processing

Equalibrium Bar may need to be able to contact you via phone if there are any problems processing your order, please provide a suitable number for use within normal retail working hours Monday to Friday. All goods to be paid in full before goods are posted.

Postage and handling will be charged at standard Australia Post rates based on the weight and the size of the item. The postage rate will be visible to you during the checkout process and we will never charge more than is displayed. If you require goods express delivered then extra costs will apply. Australia Post is our preferred carrier and goods will be sent Registered Post. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery of your goods. If not received within this time please contact us immediately. All prices given are in Australian dollars and Australian currency is acceptable for payment. No lay-by is available, please contact the store for further details.

Payment of goods can be made by Bankcard, Mastercard or Visa and you may be required to enter the Card Verification Code. A minimum purchase price of $25 applies. Maximum order processing value of $500 applies and we will contact you before processing your order if over this value.

Exchange Policy

Credits are available to goods returned within 7 days of purchase as long as the product seal has not been broken and product has not been used. Returns will only be accepted for store credit and postage for exchange goods will be at the cost of the sender. Credits will be processed providing goods have been returned in a condition for resale. If a skin reaction has occured please see below.

Skin Reactions

Please note that essential oils and other natural ingredients can cause skin irritations for some skin types. If your skin is prone to sensitivity please test with a small portion of product behind your ear. If you know you have sensitive skin please advise us on ordering to see if a sachet tester can be provided prior to purchase. If a reaction occurs for manufacturers' products that we sell simply return the unused portion for exchange for another product of similar value with that manufacturer. Your feedback is important to allow us to maintain the quality of the products we offer. If you have any concerns while using a personalised, blended Aromatherapy, Homeopathy or Naturopathic product please advise our staff and we will gladly exchange your product for another blend of similar quality and value that is more suitable. All our products are truly natural, however even natural products do not agree with all skin types. All prescribing staff are fully trained by our Australian Suppliers' consultants to recommend their products and their application with confidence. E-bar also offers a qualified Aromatherapist to help us ensure the product will be right for your skin type and needs.
